Carmen's Kitchen

Carmen's is a well kept secret in Truth or Consequences that needs to be known! There used to be a different restaurant in that location (by the Laundry Mat on South Broadway) but it is now Carmen's Kitchen, and what a terrific little kitchen she has! We've eaten there many times but have only tasted a few items... we can't get past the green chili cheese beef burritos. They are in a word, delicious... as was the grilled chicken sandwich and fries! She has actually been in business about a year, but in our hustle bustle lives, we've driven by many times and never noticed. We have only just recently discovered it and have enjoyed the diversity. In an area with too few restaurants to choose from, Carmen's Kitchen is a welcome addition to the neighborhood!
