Faulkner Toyota Trevose

I purchased several new cars from Faulkner Toyota and also had my service performed there. However, when using my sister's auto (Toyota), I noticed her service engine soon light on. Since I was passing Faulkner Toyota, I opted to stop knowing they offer speedy lube service for oil/filter change since she was overdue. After checking in, figuring about a 30 minute turn around for express lube, the service manager Tom indicated it may be just a little longer than thirty minutes. After 1 hour, and my sister's car not even brought into the service bays, I questioned the timing. The manager became rude and indicated that since I did not have an appointment, and this car hasn't been serviced here in a while, it would take at least another hour. I was extremely dissatisfied with this service and the "manager's" position on the matter. This treatment was unacceptable. Faulkner lost a customer for all future automotive needs. I would look to another dealer for auto needs.
