The nursing staff pacify family members and disregard requests for info. The standard response is all vitals are fine. There is little to no follow up on medically sound concerns. The PT, OT, RN and MD didn't bother to assess patient's changes and didn't diagnosis a loved one's stroke. As a local hospice MD said many facilities such as this one only see the number/age and respond according. If you're too old, why bother!
The rehab center is a joke compared to a nearby one. The equipment is primitive and sparse. If a rehab patient declines therapy, the staff passes as well without following up.
Stay off their website and Medicare.gov site, the ratings are true deception. Another that these places look at is the bucks.
