Good customer service is NON-EXISTENT!!! Every time I have dealt with them, they act as though I should know the answer before I ask. They charge MUCH more than other Pontiac dealerships I've gone to. I told them that my headlights went out all of a sudden. I wanted to know the problem and how much to fix it before they did anything. An hour and a half later, they came and told me the car was finished. Charged me $75 for replacing a headlight bulb. What happened to getting permission to proceed? I couldn't fight it because it was getting dark and neither of my headlights were working prior to that.
