        Called on a sunday. My blower motor for my heater quit working. Promised to be there early Monday. Did not show. Called to find out where my tech was and dispatcher said she had already had other work for this tech but would send out another tech. Tech showed up 2 hours past when they said he would be. Tech put in motor and left. NOTE: The temperature had been close to freezing all week. On Friday I noticed the blower motor was not shutting off when proper temp. was reached. Called Saturday and a Supervisor said he would come out and check problem. Tech went under house and did stop motor from running. 15 to 20 minutes later I smelled burning wires. Called tech and he said he would be out Monday with part. On Monday I called another A/C company to come out and they said the control board was burnt up and was surprised my house didn't catch fire. Had to call the state mechanical engineer to get involved to get problem solved. Please be aware.
