Rocky Mountain Youth Clinic

This place is horrible. There front desk manager is a joke!!! She is rude and made it so my child wouldn't be able to be seen. I sat in the doctor off if for overnights an hour and still wouldn't be able to be seen. If you have another choice I suggest going else where.

I have called your clinic five times in the last two months to try to get an appointment for my daughter's 12 month visit. The first time she said to call back the first day of the month. The second, I was told to call back two weeks before the date. The next, to call back a few days before. The fourth, told to call back the day of. And today? The day my Medicaid expires for my daughter? I'm told I can only get an appointment two weeks out. Your office is by far the worst organized I've ever had to deal with and my husband has seen three different doctors in the Boulder health region in the last six months. I will NEVER use your clinics again. I waited ten minutes to even speak to a person today to get this answer, that my daughter can't get her immunizations at all now. So thank you. This is the worst experience I have EVER had with a doctor's office.

I've been bringing my son here since he was born, he's 3 years old now. I am very pleased with the doctors and staff, they are very knowledgeable in what they do. I remember when my son had RSV and I took him in because he looked soo tired and he seemed to be struggling alittle with his breathing. They checked him out and and said his oxygen levels were way too low.They walked me and my son down to the ER at the hospital behind their building and the MA stood with us until my family got there. They knew how scared I was and they made sure everything went smoothly and calm. I would recommend this clinic to any and everyone.
