        I work for the gov and I can stay about anyplace I want. The Rainbow Motel is where I love to stay. The owners take pride in their little slice of Americana. It's clean, the owners are mt kind of peeps (down home, know the area, if you are hunting or fishing they have great tales, plus they have a cute ole dog). The furnishings are nice and functional, have WIFI, good channels on the tube, waling distance to eateries and HS State Park. Remember, this is your updated ole timey route motek: you are right off the main route going through Thermop: so there is traffic on that road. So much for that: you can't beat the location, the cleanliness and you can't beat what I believe are the nicest people in Thermop. I am so glad when I get sent to Thermp to work as this little place is my home away from home when I'm in town!!!

        We stayed here on our trip home from Sturgis and we fine that most like big motels but we are finding that the older Mom & Pop motels are the best with a lot of history.. Its cute and a really nice & clean place to stay with more room then the bigger motels, The gentleman was so nice when we checked in, He even walked us to our room and went over everything in the room with us.. So when have you got that service in a days inn or best western??? Thanks so much we will be back and tell all our friends of your motel and your kindness ... The beds are a bit on the hard side but all in all a great place.Id give it 4 stars for service and fun place to stay, Thanks again we loved room 24, if all your rooms are this nice you all, have done a great job.. How did you do that to the bathroom floor ? We love that look..... Thx Tazz & Copper Top
