Everyone 'wins' $300 to get them in the door. Services are over-priced, extremely painful, and ineffective. Any lie will be used to make sales quotas. Customer service is non-existent. THERE IS NO HAIR REMOVAL GUARANTEE and it almost never works! The guarantee is that they will continue to treat for two years past your package. No guarantee that hair will be removed and there is no refund. If you get burned by inexperienced techs, you could lose your pigment forever. Hair removal very often doesn't work, or only partially works. The fat treatments work once in a while, FotoFacials usually don't work. If you have Rosacea, see a doctor who can bill your insurance for Fotos. Skin tightening works for some, but not for many. Some people have reported looking fatter after fat treatments. I was sold a cellulite package with a promise that it would help flatten my stomach. The manager later admitted she lied to sell me the package. Affirm facials are ineffective or mediocre for many people. They promise virtually painless, no down time, and flawless skin. Sorry, it's VERY painful, you may have days of downtime, and results are usually disappointing. And this is a $4400 package!Laser facial treatments are done without proper eye protection, exposing clients to permanent corneal damage.Even the botox injections were disappointing. They only partially worked and only for a short time. What a waste of money.Avoid American Laser Center. If you have complaints, put together a class action law suit. It's the only way to stop the lying and cheating.

They treat you like you are at a spa, are courteous, kind and make sure you are comfortable at all times. Most importantly, they listened to my concerns and worked with me to to find a treatment plan that I liked. I have had 2 of their lasers used on my lip and they were both 100% painless. I have had other treatments done elsewhere for the same price and they have been VERY painful. Laura started doing the consultations in September/October and she is fabulous. Very warm and accommodating. The woman before her was rude, but she is no longer a part of that office. I highly recommend them above everyone else.

I have never been treated so rudely in my life! When people go to a place for a consultation, it is to obtain information on prices and services. As American Laser will not give out its price list, of course I asked for their prices in order to determine what areas I could afford to treat. Not only does this place charge $13,000.00 for a full body treatment (which is double what most other places charge) they are rude and nasty. The woman giving the consultation snapped my head off after I had asked for a couple prices and said "I may as well give you the price list, but Im not allowed to. She treated me as if I was an idiot. There are too many other places to go and spend thousands of dollars where you will be treated special.
