Patient Financial service Of TALLAHASSEE CAPITAL SURGICAL CENTER located on Capital City Medical BLVD, Tallahassee, FL 32308 is terrible.
I had colonoscopy done in January 2016. Days before surgery I contacted the center as well as Humana, both confirmed that my copay is zero. I did confirm that on the day of surgery.
On May I received two bills. When I contacted Humana and Surgery Center, I have found that they have file the claim incorrectly as “out of network”, I contacted Humana and the Surgery Center many times to correct, all my efforts were worthless. I received same bills three times from May to current month of September, and they got the guts to turn my bills to collecting agent!! Instead of correcting their error.
