Hollywood Grooming

Julie the owner of Hollywood Gooming Swedesboro made an appointment for our three Bichons over a month ago for today. We have done our best to keep them bathed and groomed, but cannot manage their grooming ourselves.
My husband and I texted back and forth with Julie several times. I have a record of it. And she seemed reluctant to give us an appointment for some reason but finally gave us a day and time.
We eagerly showed up for our appoint today. Which we had marked in several calendars and reminders. After waiting over a month to finally be able to take them.
Only to be told they had no record of any appointment for our dogs. One of the groomers Brittany called the Mullica Hill location to see if the appointment was scheduled at the wrong location. No they had no record of any appointment either. So then she calls Julie on her cellphone and says Julie wants to talk to me.

So I get on the phone with Julie, extremely upset and almost in tears. And she matter of fact lay tells me we don’t have an appointment and I must have made a mistake. I guess I was just texting with no one.
No apology. No offer to reschedule another time. Just no. We can’t help you. Your on your own.
So now we have 3 dogs who are matted, dirty, and can’t see. All because Julie did not have the guts to tell us she didn’t want our dogs back.
Also my one dog Shamrocks paw was ripped open by Brittany at one of our past grooming sessions. She apologized profusely and felt terrible so we overlooked this. But looking back now I wish we could have seen they are not good people and looked elsewhere a long time ago
