SO-SO service....I used them for a year TIL they cut my dog`s neck and he got an infection. That was a trauma for my dog because it took 3-4 weeks to get well and the doctors visits etc...I let them know what happened and they offered a 155$ credit in the store (my animal doctor visit cost) and they apologized, what was nice, just You know....I don`t want to bring my dog back to a place where he got an experience like this! So they lost a return customer!

I know sometimes faults happens...but now as i can compare with the other groomer i just used, i know the difference. They are ok, but not a great one! First time they were nice and everything went good, after i had some complains about the groomer who is an old spanish lady....like most of the times she can`t understand how i want to cut my dog`s hair and she forgot a few things like lion tale etc...oh or she tried to explain me that is not good how i want my dog...so i leave it on you. I just can tell there is better one!
