Dentistry For Children

If I could give less than a 1 I would. This place is HORRIBLE. When I made appt I told the person that I needed a full service Dentist for my child. Was assured that they were. Made appt and gave insurance info. After appt was made the insurance info changed called prior to appt gave new info, took card to appt and again gave info. Only for the billing to be sent to old carrier. When I called to get this handled in the middle of speaking I'm put on hold only to be transferred 6 min later to a different person to have to start the whole explanation over again!
The appt itself was a joke. Was there 3 hours to only get xrays and a 10 min cleaning to then be referred not only 1 other dental office but 2 because the treatment needed was quote "out of their scope" REALLY after I explained more than once what I new was going to be needed for my child. My child is special needs so this was a horrible experience for him. This office herds this kids thru there so called Children's Dentistry like cows going to slaughter. When in reality it appears all they are capable of is xrays and so-called cleanings!
I will never go back and will never recommend.
