        This Management - SHUT DOWN THE FOREST AVE FACILITY WITHOUT NOTICE AND CHARGED MEMBERSHIP FEES - MANAGEMENT not legit ! - BEWARE !

        The South Ave. SI, NY Planet F...

        The South Ave. SI, NY Planet Fitness was closed when I tried to go to the gym. They had water damage and machines damaged. They had leaks in the roof before this also. I didn't get a call from them telling me they are closed. This is the only location I
        go to and signed up in. I then went to the Forest Ave. location to cancel my membership which I paid for when I got billed not knowing they are closed. I was told no you can't cancel. You have to call the corp. office. On Mon I called the corp office and was told no you have to go back to Planet Fitness to cancel membership. I called there and was told you can come in to cancel or send a certified letter with membership no. to cancel. Why am I getting a run around. I should of also received a call telling me this location is closed and asking me if I still want to be a member due to closing this location. Sorry for there water damage to machines but in all due respect they had a water problem that they only put a patch on to fix and now have damaged machines. I am a customer and should of been called. Bad service I would say. I was not the only one at the door to try to go to the gym also.
