I actually found the staff to be very rude over the phone. I missed an appointment due to illness and they left me a nasty voice mail about missing my appointment. VERY unprofessional.

I went to see Dr. Crew with a problem apparently so complicated; that four other competent and highly-regarded orthodontists said couldn't be solved, unless I was willing to have 5 teeth pulled. I was not willing to do that. As an older adult patient, I thought perhaps it was simply too late to fix things. Fortunately my dentist sent me to see Dr. Crew, and the problem was solved, incredibly well, without any teeth pulled! I found Dr. Crew to be patient, caring and extremely knowledgeable...a creative genius actually, to have put forth the effort required to fix something that others found to be so difficult. She and her staff members were so warm, friendly and professional - an outstanding team.

I love this office! The games are so much fun, my kids actually ask to go to the dentist! I have had three of my kids' braces there with Dr. Crew, and i have been nothing but thrilled with their treatment. I have sent my nieces and nephews to her as well, and now I am about to start my invisalign! I definitely recommend her for your family's orthodontic treatment!

Dr. Crew has been the best. I just finished my ortho treatment and I have to say she has done an amazing job! My teeth look great! She is very passionate and caring as well. She addressed all of my concerns and over all is a fantastic dentist. I will continue to refer her to everyone I know!

Received ortho treatment and at completion my teeth was in worst shape. Dr. Crew kept telling me everything was perfect. I went to several orthodontist for a second opinion and they all said they have never seen anything like it before. No orthodontist is willing to take on the damage she has done. She is inexperience and clueless. Do not accept anything she says at face value. An excellent orthodontist is Dr. Drayer on Summer Street. Please avoid dr. Crew at all cost if not you will live to regret it!

I went to this place with a bad tooth ache. They got an X-Ray done. After spending less than 5 mins , the dentist told me that the root canal that I had done few years back was not done properly and that the infection had spread very deep causing the pain. Without even properly explaining it to me, she told me that I need to come the next Monday and get the root canal done again. To be noted is that I had this root canal done 5 years back and I never had a problem with that. Secondly, she gave me painkillers for the night. I went back home and had the longest night of my life. I had pain the whole night and the pain killers did not work at all. On top of it all, the dentist was least courteous [I dont remember her name]. Next day I went to another dentist [Dr. Frank Graziano, DDS] and after checking he told me it was just Wisdom tooth. I got it extracted and the pain went away. Now I am paying $130 to them for nothing. AVOID THESE PPL.

Have two toddlers and I couldn't believe they got them to handle the teeth cleaning. They gave them cool toys and a toothbrush that flashes.
