Tim from Royal Appliance came to check my refrigerator, because it was not working properly.
He was very professional! Also they call me when they schedule the visit and they call me when the technician was on his way.
I will recommend them to everybody who wants to repair there appliances instead of buying new ones

Not happy at all. My dishwasher control panel was not working. Flipped the switch on and off and buttons wouldn't work. I explained to the customer service rep exactly what happened when I flipped the switch...PF showed up and the light for high temp wash and air dry come on but can't push any other buttons. The repairman came and said I also should have pressed the Start/cancel button and then was able to select what kind of wash I wanted. So I paid $89 for him to flip the switch and push a button! Telephone people should know what to do over the phone. Service tech was surprised that the manual did not explain this either. No stars given.
