Let me start by saying my colorist was extremely nice. Because of this i was hesitant to leave a review. But I did not leave with what I asked for.
After a consultation the day before, I arrived the next day to have my color done. At the end of my appt was told I need to come back to correct my color in A FEW WEEKS! Had I known from the get go.. this appt would’ve never happened. After leaving w/ wet hair, get home & dry it, I have multicolor hair. Nothing near the pretty blonde pictured. Looks like I tried to do an ombré myself w/box bleach and have no idea what I’m doing. I was left w/yellow blonde, chunks of orange, w/ gray/blue ends. Had my roots touched up which appeared okay until looking at the back in mirror. Oh boy.
I call to have it fixed & arrive a few days later.. when the absolutely rude owner (Lisa) tells me I have to PAY to have it fixed, an additional $80! I’m told I’m crazy to come in asking for what I did, especially in one appt. and that because the colorist is “just like her” she knows the colorist did no wrong & was clear in consultation it’d be more than one appt, (which the colorist admitted she did not say until end of applying color at my appt) (andin the short time I got to talk with colorist.. shes NOTHING like this disrespectful owner) I am told that I HEARD everything wrong, and “they don’t do refunds at this salon” so now I’m out the money, paid for a sitter to come in a second time, &can’t even go somewhere else to get help with this disaster.
Because I’m left with one option.. I let colorist attempt to correct my hair.. &while very little of the orange came out, and some Isn’t yellow anymore.. it still looks like I did this myself. I CAN NOT wear my hair down. And will be wearing a hat the rest of the summer to hide what looks like an awful attempt to bleach my hair myself. Not to mention my hair is just falling out and breaking off.
Balling my eyes out in a salon chair was NOT what I paid for.

PLEASE stay away from this place!!

My hair was a hot mess so over processed, due to my OLD stylist (at another salon). Len had his hands full with my hair and what a GREAT job he did. I am so happy to find a Salon I trust again, can't wait to go back.

Krave is a great hair salon! Angie has been doing my hair for 13yrs and she ALWAYS does a great job, if it's a color or a cut its always perfect����������������

Tracy is an absolute artist when it comes to hair. She is great with color. Stephanie is also very talented. All the employees are friendly, outgoing and professional. I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and all the extra amenities! Thank you so much for the pampering and fun I have during my appointments.

I have long, thin, brown hair. I just had my hair colored red, cut into layers, washed & curled by KATHLEEN. She's a pleasant, professional & very knowledgable woman! I'd definitely recommend her. My hair came out better then I expected & I'm quiet a picky gal. This salon is beautifully decorated & relaxing. All the girls here are welcoming as well & the owners are involved & pleasant as well! I am the wife of Lord Prince Phil (www.lordprincefilms.org) & I Love this Salon & I'll never go anywhere else again!
