        I can't say enough about how grateful I am to the wonderful people here! My son was going off to college and driving himself to Colorado. My husband and I were concerned about the condition of the "hand-me-down car" that we were giving him for the trip. The folks at Portland Street did a wonderful job checking the car over in detail and recommended some important fixes that we would not have noticed ourselves. They knew that our priority was safety and they made sure that we could send our son off with no worries. They also were very thoughtful in telling us what we didn't need to do. In other words, they didn't take advantage of us one bit! Our son had an easy and uneventful trip out west...just what we had hoped for! Thank you!!!!

        My parents purchased a car from the used car business for me. Before we made it to our driveway the check engine light came on (less than one hour). It was not covered by their "warranty" so we must pay the $700 for the part. They offered to put it in for no charge but refused to cover the part. No customer service. Buyer Beware!!!!
