I had a disaster with my years of stored emails, contacts, and calendar items, all lost due to a crash of my Outlook 2011 for MAC. I had had similar problems before and finally solved them myself, but this time I could not and was panicking due to work requirements. The MacDoctor took me as an emergency case and after I'm sure a lot of work applying his knowledge, online research, trial and error, and perseverance, he solved the problem and restored my files. Since this went so well, I engaged him to help me migrate all of my calendar, contact and email files to Apple Mail, iCal and Address-book as well as change my domain host and integrate my iPad and iPhone. He took me through this explaining all of the steps wonderfully and I have been in "computer heaven" s for several months now and fortunately much more productive. I cannot provide a stronger recommendation for the MacDoctor.

The way Mac Doctor goes about doing business is top drawer - a great service for a reasonable price and timely turn-around. I feel fortunate to have brought my Mac to the right man.

We hired the Mac Doctor and we overwhelmed by his help. We were about to purchase a new computer, but for FAR less money the Mac Doctor got our computer running better than new. He explained things in a simple and easy to understand fashion, and provided service even after his appointment with us ended. An all around great experience!

I highly recommend Joshua. He is smart, quick at fixing problems, and has the right temperament for tutoring...i.e., patient and respectful. I was a long-term PC user before converting to MAC, and had more difficulty than expected. Joshua prioritized the problems appropriately and addressed each one step by step, making sure I understood the process and concepts. Particularly helpful (to me) was that after the session he organized the information we discussed and then emailed me the summary.

MacDoctor just resolved several issues with my older Mac. Joshua was very knowledgeable, doing a complete diagnostic to cover all the bases. Joshua was a great help to me! I was having some issues with my 2 Macs slowing down and I needed to do some updating. He was able to help me out with everything! Additionally, he is responsive and available through email. He will be my new IT department!

I was terrified of losing the data on my macbook when it was malfunctioning. However, Joshua was able to not only retrieve the data and put it on an external hard drive, but to also fix my whole computer! Totally worth every penny, and this is coming from a poor college student!
