Somerdale Bar

I'm from Hamilton near Trenton and had to drop my stepson off at the echelon mall to hangout with his friends and instead of driving back north decided to hang I the area till the mall closes at 9:30. Checked out yp.com to see what's in the area , found somerdale bars one review and decided to take a shot. Wed.- fri. 5-9 dinner specials and being its good Friday i gait the crab cakes mashed taters and green beans and it was amazing, redskin mashed potatoes and the green beans were crisp . Crab cakes were full of crabmeat not those ones with lots of breading. Next time I'm trying the ny strip.

I have lived in somerdale nj for 29 years and only once did I go to the Somerdal Bar... about 13 years ago. Last Friday night my husand and I walked up the Somerale Liquor Store and sidetrack to get some dinner at the Somerdale Bar. What a pleasant suprise. Apparently, the chef/owner is a 5 start chef and believe me we had steak and it was out of this world. Cannot believe that this secret gem has been down the street from and I never realized it. We will be visiting this restaurant/bar quite a lot. Wed, Thurs, & Friday are their 5start dinner nites. and the price is better than reasonable. We had 4 double Bacardi and Cokes, 2 15 oz. steak dinners, and garlice bread (complimentary) to die for .. our total bill was $57.00 gotta Love it!!
