My whole family loves The Firehouse Cafe. We have been enjoying their delicious food for years. I have enjoyed every menu item that I have ever tried. The portions are large and even my teenagers are full when we leave. The staff is helpful and friendly. They go the extra mile for their customers. A few months ago they even moved tables in order to seat our party of 18 on the spot in spite of how busy they were. The best part is they did it with a smile. The Firehouse Cafe is usually crowded and parking can be a challenge, but it is worth it!

After hearing about this great cafe for years, I finally went there for breakfast with a friend.on Nov. 11, Veteran's Day. The cafe was busy but the service was good considering the amount of customers. I ordered the 2-alarm All Meat Chili Omelette with biscuits & gravy. The food was not hot when it hit the table. The omelette did not have any chile heat nor did it have any meat at all & the gravy did not have any sausage in it nor did it taste like sausage; it was on the thick pasty side. I complained to the waitress & she brought more gravy with chopped up sausage in it. The meal was definitely not what I expected after such rave reviews for this cafe. My friend ordered the California Fireman Omelette with less avocado than she had experienced on previous visits and the potatoes were over cooked which had burned onions and very dry potatoes. Coffee used to be refilled without asking in the past. We either got the bad chef or the quality of food has gone down from it's former glory.

Firehouse is #1

This place gives great food and alot of it! I've been to other places that have a 3 egg omlet and they don't compare in size. The other places must be using quail eggs. The hash browns are fresh and you get a belly full. You'll see the same regulars in every morning and afternoon. I can't say enough good things, other than the food is great!
