Burkhead replaced our garage door opener. First, they did not install the light included in the kit. We called them, they said, tough luck, and we had to do it ourselves.

Second, and more importantly, they did not install it correctly. Two months after the install, the whole door came off of the tracks. It happened because Burkhead did not calibrate the door closing, and it was closing too hard, and it bent the rail! I wish I had a way to get my money back. I may file a claim with the attorney generals office.
