So disappointed. Stopped by before the Christmas Parade last Saturday. The place was full. No system in place to track orders (number or names) order completed piecemeal with some customers getting their orders before others. My family and I had ordered 5 hot chocolates. After 20 minutes the order was not finished. 4 of the 5 were put up with one remaining. With the parade starting my family left. After about 5 more minutes I went up to the counter and asked for my money back as the parade had started. The person at the register was not able to give me my money back as she could not figure how to do the partial refund. After about another 5 minutes I just left. Not happy with the service - will probably not be going back.
