Be careful. Tech came out. Very pleasant and helpful. After the home warranty company got involved things changed. Matt suddenly changed his tune and wasn't helpful at all. Said he had to "walk away" from the job. What has happened to customer service? Look elsewhere. Or you'll lose out like I did. Now I have to start all over getting my washing machine fixed. I got screwed and now I'm left holding the bag. Don't call them. You'll be sorry if you do.

Very professional and honest which was a pleasant surprise compaired to the other companies I have used in the past which were the exact opposite. Quality work, just as they said! I would recommend Wright Brothers Appliances to anyone who needs help with their appliances. They also have a general home repair dept. looking forward to using them for some home repair needs!
