TenBrook Orthodontics

The staff is always friendly at Tenbrooks. The over all experience is not always the best. First of , I agree with previous review concerning the one day a week at the office to schedule an appointment. Then, I don't appreciate the way they don't/won't take the braces off until you are completely paid off. I've paid almost 5,000 and owe 198.00 more and they will not take my son's braces off until the last amount is paid. Ridiculous !! Poor business. I have heard other people say these thing but never believed it. My daughters braces were on for less than a year and paid off before that year. My son on the other hand still has his on and I was told they won't even schedule him to have them off until the last 198.00 is paid. That's not right. Awful. Shame on you Mr. Tenbrooks!!!

A very pleasurable experience. The staff was always friendly, helpful and courteous. All of our needs were taken care of. I would highly recommend Dr. TenBrook to others!
