Our office contacted several process servers in Northeast PA necessitating a rush personally service of a federal subpoena on an elusive witness. Even though the serve was outside their normal jurisdiction, Penta was the only one that agreed to entertain our rush request. They kept our office informed of their attempts and later that evening they were successful in effecting service. Their persistence and dedication is noteworthy to mention.
