Dr. Wong and most of her staff are caring and professional. Testing is completed on site with a through review with and exam with Dr. Wong. If you desire, glasses can be ordered from the accompanying lab. There is no steering or pressure exerted by anyone to use their lab and they just expect you'll shop prices elsewhere too. At times the front desk seems more interested in their own personal conversations than in helping clients and they could be more caring. The back office staff has always been excellent and is Dr. Wong.
