        I love the food at Panera. Today must have been a bad day for service. I ordered 2 two for meals to go and when I got home one of the sandwiches was not there. I called and the apologized offering a whole sandwich and a pastry if I wanted to come back to pick it up. It wasn't too far so I took them up on their offer.

        THEY REFUSE TO TURN ON THEIR AIR CONDITIONING IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER!!! Every time I've been to this location, its been hotter than Hell inside! You're too busy fanning the beads of sweat falling down your face to even try and enjoy the food. Cheap ass managers! Keep your customers comfortable! That's why your restaurant is ALWAYS EMPTY! Turn your air conditioning on!

        This location recently opened and is still getting its feet going in the right directions. I ate there a couple of weeks ago with a friend and the server mixed up our sandwiches when she delivered them in two trips. Before we knew it, my friend had dived into her sandwich, which was actually mine, and, subsequently, I had hers in front of me and...well, I guess I could have notified the management, but then we would have had to wait for new sandwiches and we did not have the time to spare. I provided an opinion over their website soon after the dining, but never heard from Panera with regard to their error. I also mentioned that the sandwich I had originally ordered was not up to their normal par.
