        Overall

        Doug was great. He came to my house to fix my free standing ice maker and helped me by coming the day I called at 6 in the evening. He located the problem and fixed it on the spot. He knew his stuff, was very friendly, and did everything he could to save me money. I will definitely use him again if I have an ice maker or air conditioning issues.
