I guess you can only expect so much from government provided care. I was referred here for an X-Ray by my primary care physician so I made my appointment and arrived on time. Upon entering I took the next place in line to sign in with the receptionist. Another patient who came in shortly after me got in line right behind me. I want to mention to you that I was the ONLY African-American in the office between staff and patients. It wasn't 2 seconds before one of the 4 receptionist began speaking in another language to the woman behind me. Next thing you know, she was checking in the woman of Asian decent that came in after me. I patiently waited for the next patient to finish with one of again 4 nurses/receptionists behind the desk. I proceeded to the open window where I was not greeted or even made eye contact with for several minutes. I was finally greeted by who I later found out was the manager. She apologized and swore that the fact I was ignored by 3 of her staff members, including her, was not racially motivated. I would advise any African-American patients to seek another radiologist. On top of having a transparently racist front desk staff this office is dirty with soiled chairs in the reception area. I needed a shower, for several reasons, after leaving this place!
