        I Love Bob Lee's! I have been going there for years and have always had wonderful service! They have NEVER tried to sell me anything extra or pad my bill! I trust them completely!         Overly expensive. Cost twice as much to get a tire patched as other places. I get home and my mom tells me, yeah they are known for being expensive, don't go there...too late.

        What's that liquid about?

        My Mom told me she saw a leak from her car in her garage, so she took her car to Bob Lee's, they looked at it and came back to with an estimate of over $900 to fix whatever was leaking and a list of other issues.

        She then took it to another repair shop, and that mechanic said he couldn't find anything wrong with it. I went to my Mom's house to look at the leak in her garage. It was water from her air conditioner.

        Watch yourself at this place....

        I love Bob Lee's and have used them 30 years. They have always been very customer service oriented and I can always find an owner on site. I was very surprised on a recent visit to find out they have added a DELI that has BOARS HEAD meats/ cheeses and fresh baked bread. I tried the cuban and it was one of the best I've ever had.

        I found Bob Lee's to be expensive for tire repair. When I brought my car in for an estimate on front-end work, they did let me know that the cost to repair the front end was not worth putting into my 1999 vehicle.

        Twice I brought my vehicle into Bob Lee's for an oil change. There promise is to rotate the tires while they are changing the oil. Neither time did they rotate the tires. I KNOW this because the brakes generate lots of dust which coats the rims and makes it easy to see if someone has removed a tire. In addition, the two tires on the righthand side of the vehicle had slow leaks before the oil change and after the oil change. I would NOT go back to Bob Lee's for this case and two other cases where I believe I have been ripped off by Bob Lee's Inc.

        Bob Lee's Inc does not just do tires, however, that's a main service they do provide. I brought a tire in for repair. The tire needed a nail hole fixed and a valve stem repaired. During the repair they apparently let a balancing weight get caught in the bead of the tire. Consequently, I was stranded AGAIN at the airport when I returned from a trip. If tires is what they are supposed to be experts in, they did a very poor job.
