        This Salon is not only a hidden gem, the Owners name ironically is KIM STARR. She has worked with Rock Stars and more. "NEO HAIR DESIGN" is very professional, ultra-clean enviroment with such an experienced staff that will give you, family and friends a super delightful experience. NEO HAIR DESIGNS location is very easy to find and has a web-site that gives you a glimpse of what they have to offer, plus!
