I called them up and asked about removing a soda stain from my wife's leather boots and a lady that answered said we can't gaurantee that we can get it out, you'd have to bring thing to us. In my mind that was understandable. Then she placed me on hold for about a minute or two then an older man answered saying, "Who is this?" I told him my name and that I was calling about leather boot stain removal. He said we can get it out no problem, I continued to ask what do you charge and he hung up on me. I won't be giving them my business.
