        Bad service

        Management needs to hire people who understand customer appreciation. Worst service ever. Felt like no staff wanted to work there.

        LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS I am biased! Why? Because I have been getting my lox and toasted everything bagel with reduced fat cream cheese, and EVERYTHING on it for years. Soon as I walk in there ... winter or summer ... the perpetually friendly and polite crew begins assembling my EVERYTHING lox and bagel before I even get a chance to open my watering mouth. No matter how busy this Clayton Einstein's Bros's bagelry may become ... and lunch time is busiest ... the hard working crew is ALWAYS friendly and polite. They keep the bagelry (what else would you call it?) absolutely, spotlessly clean: tables, floors, counters, and bathrooms. Spotless. So if you ever want the feeling of having gone to bagelry heaven, Clayton's Einstein Bros's is the place to drop in.
