Busch Properties, a subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch, develops and manages resorts and residential and commercial properties in select areas of the United States. Its properties include Kingsmill on the James in Williamsburg, Va.; Busch Corporate Centers in Columbus, Ohio, Williamsburg, Va., and Fairfield, Calif.; and 300 acres adjacent to the SeaWorld park in Orlando, Fla. Kingsmill Resort holds 18-hole championship golf courses and a nine-hole par-three course. Other amenities at Kingsmill include furnished villas overlooking golf fairways, a tennis complex, a spa, a fitness center and an indoor swimming pool. Each suite includes a complete kitchen and living room. Kingsmill blends against Busch Gardens Williamsburg, the theme park voted most beautiful in America for nine consecutive years. Busch Properties was founded in 1969 and is located in St. Louis. The company only develops land that is located around its parent company s brewing facilities.
