I am baffled at the ineffective serviced & horrendous professionalism we received. I called two weeks after to cancel my membership and guess what? I receive a bill! I call to find out why and they claim I didn't cancel it. The staff there is incompetent. The representative was basically arguing with me and mocking. She transferred me to her boss (a gentleman) who literally screamed at me and hung up. I got 6 mice on my very own with my own traps that I purchased at Home Depot. Why in the world would I pay for Viking services when 1 - they didn't work 2 - the mice didn't go anywhere near their baits 3 - they clearly don't do their job - especially since I called to cancel and clearly no one did what I requested. My suggestion to you is, go with a company that values their customers and aims to have the best customer service and not an owner who screams at clients. Also, just do the job yourself and save yourself the money and headache. Viking Pest Control are crooks.
