        Shelby was a rockstar! I really think he could have repaired my garage door blind-folded - he was simply that good! I will recommend you guys to anyone who ever needs garage door service. The price was fair and I wasn't pressured into getting anything I didn't need. Shelby also took the time to educate me and answered all of my questions with patience and true professionalism. 5 stars!!!

        Honest Service!

        My garage door got stuck due to an alignment issue. I was pretty sure that the entire system was in need of an overhaul but I wanted a second opinion. I called these and Shelby had a tech at our door within the hour. The guy was very knowledgeable and told us that all we needed to do was replace the springs and realign the tracks - i was so greatly that a total rebuild wasnt necessary. I know a lot of other companies would have just told us they needed to redo it all so it was nice to see an honest quote and fair price. Everything works great now

        The tech did a very good job. He arrived around one hour after I called and was very courteous. He offered options on the repair to improve the door's performance but I did not feel pressured to purchase. The door is working well now and I would call them in the future if I need any other repairs.

        We had some repairs done to our garage door by some other company and it started acting up within a few weeks, We call Austin TX Door and now the problem seems to finally be resolved.

        Garage Door Spring Broke on a Weekend

        The business owner (Shelby Palmer) was prompt and professional. He gave me an estimate when he arrived and made recommendations to make my garage door work better and longer. My wife and I were totally satisfied with the work and recommend him highly.
