Overall

I have emailed this business twice about sending me an extra link for my mother's bracelet which was too tight. I sent in her wrist measurements and the company assured me they would produce the correct size with tag. WRONG. I have received NO RESPONSE. Not good business protocol. I would give zero stars if possible.

I did an order the 22nd of Oct...

I did an order the 22nd of October. The computer came back with "System down - sorry we cannot process your order". The next day I ordered another one with a different card - and deleted the previous order from my shopping basket. That day they took out $115.40 for the order that never went through. I got a call from Lauren's Hope saying that they "Accidentally" ordered (get this) a BLANK order. Then the person that did this "Accidentally" over credited by $115.40 - and took yet another $115.40 out of my account. Today the 27th I have never received any credit AND they have my $230.80. Even when they "accidentally" took my money on a blank order I never got a confirmation or anything stating this had been done. NADA In my opinion this is an unfair business practice for them to take what they want out of my account without my authorization. Very scary these people. I am writing to anyone who will listen that it is unfair people can take out money without my authorization. Friday I talked with a person representing the Operations Manager and her attitude was although they took my money - I gave them permission by ordering online. WHAT??
