Ms Williams, we are not a bad company we showed up on time. The problem is when you schedule a pick at 8:15 am and come out of bed at 9 am we can't wait til you get ready. We have other clients need to get there app on time. Just like you others make apps and are ready when we pick up them.

They are not a good company. They lied about coming to get me an i missed my appointment that I waited for 3 months for. ..they don't deserve anybody business they don't deserve to make no money. ...Please don't use them ever ..The worst company i ever seen I wish I could give them less than 1 star. They need to go out of business.

As the owner of the company I really is disappointed that you was not able to get to your appointment but I hope that you would get your facts before writing a review like yours. Like you said according to Logistic we didn't forget you. You was not on our route for the day , They call us to see if we can cover the call for another company and we gave them a 20min eta. you was not home. So please try to understand we have been business for a over 1 year and have not have any problems before. That is why they ask us to help cover your call. Sorry you didn't make your appointment. We take all take care of all kind of clients.

First time using this taxi company....for a medical transportation....and THE LAST!!! They literally forgot me (according to logistics) and I missed my Physical Therapy appointment due to their negligence. Not everyone that needs a ride in a taxi is drunk trying to get home from a bar...some of us actually can't drive due to medical issues and rely on these people to be professional....just sayin'!
