He earned his Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician certification from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1998 and became a Fellow of the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture in 2000. Dr. Rulli is licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine

        Overall

        I have been going to Dr. Rulli for several years as needed. And I go to him less each year as he keeps me healthy. Even with my desire to push my body to its limits. He is great with the non-traditional stuff like ankles, feet, wrist and shoulders. 100% believe in him.
