Giovanni Clean & Restoration

I had Giovanni Clean do a Restoration job for me and cannot beleive how knowledgeable and helpful they were. This was an insurance claim and they went above and beyond to take care of all of it for me. I will highly recommend Giovanni Clean for there great work, knowledge and customer service. They are great.

Giovanni Clean shampooed my carpet. I had some bad stains anyone with kids would understand this. I did not expect for my carpet to come out looking like it was brand new but Giovanni Clean had the best technicians that were very friendly and very knowledgeable that since I have had it clean everyone has asked me if I got new carpet and I told them know I got Giovanni Clean and have recommened them to everyone I know and many of my friends have called to tell me thank you for sending Giovanni Clean my way they are great.

Called Wednesday afternoon, they were here by 4:30. Did not even charge extra to defume where our old dog had had pee accidents. Will keep them in the rolodex for next time.
