Happy Hounds Dog Daycare

This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Robin was rude, unhelpful to say the least, and a little off her rocker. All of this would have been easier to accept if she admitted that someone else had spoken to my husband, or that she couldn’t remember the call. As it was, I count 16 texts from her (one stating we were “mistreated the situation”) and at least a half dozen phone calls, one right after the other, insisting that we never spoke to anyone at Happy Hounds and demanding that we return and pick up our dog.
Whatever happened to the old business adage, the customer is always right? Did we make up this story? What would be the point of that?
Customers be wary.
