Since 1985 the Aesthetics Institute has been successfully preparing its students to the highest standards of education by offering comprehensive programs of study licensed by the Oregon State Department of Education. Our highly structured and interactive courses give our students the tools to succeed in today's competitive marketplace. The Aesthetics Institute's Esthetician (skin care) program has been instructing its students in both the naturopathic and modern techniques of skin care. Over the years the program has grown and developed with the acquisition of state of the art esthetician technology, as well as recent progress in esthetician practices in an effort to stay current with today's fast pace service industry. We offer a basic esthetics and master esthetics course to allow the student to choose the level of education to fulfill their needs. For those uncertain about a career in esthetics the basics program offers the student the opportunity to gain exposure to the fundamentals of skin care while, the masters program is a more intense and in-depth course that covers a broader spectrum of skin care. For 22 years the Aesthetics Institute offers one of the most extensive and sought after electrology program in the Greater Northwest Region. Since the beginning of the Institute's conception, Cynthia Mendoza has been teaching the skills that made her successful in her private practice.
