Never had to go through this much of a hassle anywhere! Bought a ps3 and was promised that all items were tested and that everything was included. The guy clearly did not want to test in front of me. I bought it anyways and got home and the controller was missing the charger. I go back to get it and i felt like they didnt want to deal with me, like i was just a hassle. After getting the charger and going home, the charger would not fit in the controller, so i have to go back and get the right one. This time around the person in charge was around, so they acted nicer. After getting the right charger I come home and the controller doesnt even work once I get it turned on, it glitches. So i go back and get another one & come home. Finally relieved to play games, and unsurprisingly the system doesnt wanna read any disks, disks that were just played on my sisters ps3 at her house and are infact working. Youd think after all that hassle they would offer you something, especially after i drove there and back from VERO 5 times wasting over $30 in gas!!! but seems they do not care about their customers, and only about the money. Looks great inside and out but the service sucks. Ive never seen a place have such horrible buisness etiquette & ive been to some pretty crappy places. Make sure if you go, that your items are fully tested in front of you & If they ensure your item is good and working, do not believe them and insist anyways.
Once again ... I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating staff at Paramount Pawn & Jewelry last week! J
Jerry, Jasper Antonio and John were understanding beyond words and patience in my selection of several firearms I both traded in and purchased.
You owe it to yourself to give these great people an opportunity to be of service to you. Their firearm inventory is extensive and fairly priced in the marketplace.
