Our first purchase from TriCo was an over the range microwave. We left that store knowing everything we needed to know in order to make an intelligent decision.
A year later we returned for a washer and dryer. Again, the time Richard spent answering every question I had, giving us the pros and cons of each possible selection, was phenomenal. We have NEVER had a day of trouble with either of our purchases. At one point our dishwasher, which we had purchased from a competitor, needed repair. Richard generously GAVE us the part for my husband to replace as he counseled us that purchasing a new dishwasher from him was not necessary. If professional expertise, honesty, and friendly help is what you want, we highly recommend TriCo Appliances.

I bought a no-frills dryer. Great brand. No issues after 1 year. I'm going back for an oven, They have the business, if there is a sale.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Why deal with the nastiness of the owner of this business? They act like they're doing you a favor to schedule a repair service!There are many other repair techs in the area to choose from. Call one of them.

I had a refrigerator and a washing machine installed today from Trico! It's always such a fun day to get new appliances and have everything go so smoothly. Over the last 25 years I've purchased 2 refrigerators, 1 stove, 2 dishwashers, 3 washing machines and 3 clothes dryers for my two family home (main house and 2nd floor mother-in-law apartment.) I feel like I have always gotten a great buy at Trico.. When I've had to call for a repair or service, they've always come out to the house quickly and gotten the job done. The repairman that came yesterday when my washing machine died knew exactly what he was doing. He explained every thing to me in detail, and when I said forget it it's an older machine I don't want to fix it, I'd rather just get a new one, he was very helpful escalating that for me. I decided to replace the fridge in the apartment at the same time, and everything was arranged for me lickity-split. The delivery/installation guys were here first thing this morning - not even 24 hours after the repairman left. They were knowledgable about the products, they were careful and polite, and they did an amazing job getting the large fridge up a tight staircase and into a tight corner in that little second floor apartment. They removed the old appliances and cleaned everything up, and I really got a great deal. All my experiences with Trico have been like this. I've known these people since I was in my twenties and working up the block from where they are located in Port. I know I can trust them. I feel comfortable with their service and delivery people in my house. And in turn I believe that I am a valued customer to them. I feel like it's a two way street; I try to be respectful and polite to everyone I deal with and I certainly have loyalty to the local businesses I grew up with. I believe those businesses appreciate that, and I feel like I get exceptional service not only because of the way those businesses are, but also because of the way I am as a loyal customer. I do recommend supporting local, small, mom & pop family owned businesses. And I especially recommend this one in particular.

If you didn't happen to buy your product from them, they are not interested in helping you. Had I known that, I would have avoided them like the plague. I was told by the warranty company that these were the people affiliated with them to fix my dishwasher. The first 2 phone calls went well. The last one someone named Richard was present and told me he didn't want to serve me and was "glad" I had paid more at another store, and was "happy" I got "taken". I really didn't pay more, I just bought the extended warranty which added to the price. How these people remain in business with their attitude is beyond me. Go anywhere else! They are RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!

Really rude man named Rich. Could have said, "I'm sorry; we don't service your area." No - just said my appliance was too cheap, and not worth the effort. Yeesh!

I purchased a refrigerator in December 2013. When I noticed scratches on the doors they never followed up. When they finally decided to offer "customer service" the warranty for cosmetic issues expired. How convenient. Live and learn!
