Pichler's Chicken Annie's

I have always liked the food from Chicken Annie's; still do for that matter. However today's experience was such that our family will no longer patronage the restaurant. We had two separate orders. In bot you failed to provide the onion rings. Instead of dividing things into two separate orders you combined the sides into single large containers you also didn't provide bread that you told us came with the meals. The part that really ticked us off was that you made no attempt to resolve the issue. If you had at the very least offered us free onion rings we would not find it necessary to post a negative review. Apparently you don't care what you long time customers think about your service.

This is the BEST fried chicken I have ever tasted!!!!!!!!!! And their German slaw and potato salad are to die for, not to mention the onion rings. I look forward to going back to Chicken Annie's every year for the best meal of the trip.
