Teavana

This place is horrible. The tea is poor quality at best and the salespeople are extremely pushy. Their attitude was absolutely despicable and are only interested in selling their crappy product. You're better off going somewhere else.

I have just one word to describe Teavana......RUN!!!!! I have no problem with the product itself, but I swear the employees must have been former Amway salespeople! My daughter and I wandered in there, I guess the shop was pretty new, and a very nice lady had us try four different teas, two were good and two were not so great. Then she asked us "Which teas did you like?" and I was honest with her about the two I liked. I then found myself ushered to the counter, to some pushy guy who started bagging loose teas into several bags, saying "Well, to get THAT blend you need 2 ounces of this and 2 ounces of this and 2 ounces of...." I had never asked for a single thing and they started bagging up over sixty bucks of two-OUNCE bags of loose tea! They were even bagging up the blends that made up the teas I DIDN'T like! I told the guy I had to come back with my credit card and we ran from that place. There was a long line of people buying lots of little bags of tea, confused looks etched on their faces, so I guess they weren't so lucky. Look, the tea is probably great and if I had been given my CHOICE, I would have bought some of their Earl Grey Creme because it smelled FABULOUS, but the quickest way to get me to NEVER frequent your shop again is to push me toward the register! I won't be going back, and if you decide to give them a try, I just ask you to USE EXTREME CAUTION....and have your excuse for escape ready!
