Florida Air Care

These people are amatuers. I hired Florida Air Care to do 2 separate projects for me. The first project involves installing a heat strip to which their employee Rafiel was at the property I own. (It is a vacation rental). Rafiel says he left the garage door open while working on the 3rd floor. Come to find out we are missing a a $525 television. I confront the company and they say take it up with our employee. They are refusing to reimburse me for the stolen property. I don't if Rafiel stole the television or if he truly left the house open for any random person walking down the street to come in and help themselves. At the end of the day this business is very unprofessional. They should be claiming this with their insurance and not making there employee get personal with their customers. I was forced to give Bank statements to a complete stranger who already was very untrustworthy. The company will not return my calls now. Very unprofessional business.

From start to finish these guys were helpful, helping us understand how our AC system works!
Reasonable pricing. I would use them again.
