the one star is actually being nice. I found him thru wedding channel, the knot, and several others. Dont fall for anything he tells u. For all of the upcoming brides/grooms out there he will con you into thinking he will give you a flexible price and showing up and no worries. He's a fake, DO NOT TRUST JACK DEMPSEY, put Kleer video reviews in your search engine and you will see the countless complaints, It took me an entire year to get my video !!! Yes he'll show up on time, but that's because money is involved, do not expect quick results, he wont contact you, don't bother to email or call he will not return your calls. I went all the way to suing him, filed the papers and everything, once the court house received the info and sent it to Jack , low and behold he calls and says your video is ready. Funny how money talks. He gave me the same line his mom is sick, & if true then my regards to his family but as the ol' saying goes, business is business. Next time ladies .. do your homework

This vender is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. I thought maybe the reviews I had seen were wrong, in fact he did a friends wedding and she didn't have much of an issue so I thought I would be fine... well, I was HORRIBLY wrong! Jack, the owner, did show up the day of the wedding, and just like others have said, he was very pleasant and seemed to be doing a wonderful job. That was it though... from that point on it has been horrible. My wedding was 10 months ago and it was last month that I finally received some botched DVD that only had a few parts of my wedding on it. My agreement with him (contractually) was full day of footage (10 hrs) on a re-writable DVD so that I was able to back it up. I have about an hours worth and it is write protected. I have contacted him numerous times, tried to give him the chance to get me what I paid $800+ for, and I have yet to get a response. I received one email back saying the DVD was not write protected, but that has been it. I have gone to his office in Pinebrook, which he is NEVER there... I have called and left voicemails, emails, certified letters... I am now at the point in which I am getting a lawyer involved. No bride deserves this kind of treatment, and I truly hope that he is never given the chance to do this to any other brides.

I used KVP as a videographer for my wedding on 10/9/10. Jack Dempsey showed up to the wedding and did his job- he seemed professional in person. However, we were not able to contact him by phone or by email for almost 6 months after the wedding. My mother and I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of NJ. At first, the BBB was unable to contact Mr. Dempsey as well. Finally his father was contacted and we recieved a draft of the video in which my husband's first name was wrong and our last name was misspelled. Jack Dempsey sent me an email apologizing for being unreachable and excusing his behavior by saying that his mother was ill. I was sympathetic to his situation but insisted that he stay in contact with me until the video was completed. I left several messages on Mr. Dempsey's voicemails (he has several phone numbers which he apparently does not check) and I emailed him 3 times explaining the mistakes that needed to be fixed and requesting that he get in contact with me to confirm he understood what needed to be changed. The last time I heard from him was an email 3 months ago. I have no expectation that I will ever recieve the final copy of my wedding video.



I recommed you NOT use Jack Dempsey and Kleer Video Productions for your occasion as he and his company is not reliable. You are welcome to contact the Better Business Bureau of NJ to confirm that a complaint has been filed.
