Premier Window & Building Inc

On the end of Aug. 2010 I had a trim contract signed with Permiier Window & Building Inc. And sales was telling me the job should be done before Oct. 2010. We agreed to pay for 1/3 payment when contract signed, and they took $1500 from my credit card on Sep. 1, 2010.The job still didn't start now 12,18,2010. I start my call on 10/04/2010,they make all kind of cxcuses. Their excuse after November is weather.

They finally delivery parts on 12/3 and schedule on 12/4 to do the job. But call in 12/4 morning cancel the job because they need to finish the job not finish at Laurel on 12/3. Since 12/4, none of 1 day weather is good for jog. We all have weather issues in winter, my question is why they took money on Sep. 1st and wait untill winter time and make excuse on it? Now, I have to worry about the quality they are going to provide. The contact person "Rick" was telling my husband the contract iwe signed is good for 120 days and we couldn't do anything now.

What a joke.
