        Worste settlement I ever attended. The person assigned was not even a settlement agent and wouldn't sign the settlement sheet herself. Before she left we (buyer and seller) asked for a copy and she gave us a blank unsigned version and ran out of the room because she was late for the next one (by the way she was late for ours also).
